Dr. Bylak recently completed a fellowship in sports medicine
and sports trauma in California. He wants to become a
familiar face on the sidelines of area high school games.
Dr. Bylak is licensed in Arkansas. He is on the staff
of Sparks Regional Medical Center, St. Edward Mercy Medical
Center and Summit Medical Center.
Personal Information
Dr. Bylak was born in Oaklawn, Illinois. He is married
and has four children, three girls and a boy. The majority
of his free time is spent with his family.
He enjoys
time in the mountains climbing, hiking and mountain biking.
He participates in sprint triathlons and bicycling. He
likes comedy, movies, and the performing arts. He is
a football, baseball and auto racing enthusiast.
